Prior to joining Fort Lewis College, he served as a Research Associate in the Department of Health Informatics and Data Science at Loyola University Chicago. His research focuses on healthcare analytics, public health operations, and equitable resource allocation using optimization, simulation, and machine learning. Dr. Kasaie has taught courses in business analytics and systems simulation and has collaborated with institutions including Loyola University Chicago and DePaul University.
