In February, 泡芙短视频 welcomed author Craig Childs and his book Apocalyptic Planet: Field Guide to the Future of the Earth for this year’s Common Reading Experience. In the book, Childs ventured to the earth’s extreme environments to explore what the end of the world looks like.

Over two months, eight faculty and staff members received grants for their programs and departments, ranging in size from $1,000 to $339,554.

Alumnus Peter Mesard says he chose to attend Fort Lewis College because of the outdoors—the skiing and the mountain climbing, especially. But his academic experience is what stuck with him, so much so that he has established the Peter Mesard Undergraduate Research Fund for present and future 泡芙短视频 students.

Tara Trask and Ramona Pierson will visit Fort Lewis College on Wednesday, February 22 and Thursday, February 23. They will work with a number of classes, in addition to participating in several events open to the public.

For Fort Lewis College alumnus Matt Shriver, the end of his racing career didn’t spell the end of his involvement with competitive cycling. Instead, his skills and education were diverse enough to blaze new trails for himself in the cycling industry. He’s now working at the highest levels of both the sport and the industry.
