Fitness class descriptions

Elite B-Ball Training: Sharpen handles, footwork, and finishing—drills that translate to game day.

Fight Club Boxing: Learn the basics, hit the mitts, and get a sweat that feels awesome.

Iron-Will Kick Boxing: Cardio meets combos—punch, kick, and keep the heart rate up.

Muay-Thai: Power strikes and conditioning—level up with the art of eight limbs.

Spin w/ Danika: Ride to the beat with high-energy climbs and sprints that fly by.

Strength Training: Master the fundamentals, build muscle, and lift with confidence. (Mondays—SPC; Wed/Fri—The Nest)

Taekwondo: Kick stress to the curb while you build power, precision, and confidence.

Total Body Fitness w/ Amber: Quick intervals, big payoff—push hard, recover, repeat, and leave stronger.

Yoga w/ Leah: Breathe, move, and reset—welcoming vibe, all levels, zero judgment.
