She joined the college in 2009. Dr. Kusar started her career in Atlanta as a senior management consultant for Pershing Yoakley and Associates, a health care management consulting firm. Dr. Kusar is the faculty advisor for the Fort Lewis Society of Business Leaders. She is a reviewer for the annual meetings of the Western Academy of Management and the Southern Management Association. Dr. Kusar is a 2011 graduate of Leadership La Plata, a leadership training and community building program run by the Durango Chamber of Commerce.
